An internal flange along the lip of the tube prevents rods from spinning, while an integrated arm at the bottom connects to the included C size 2.5" diameter ball base. This allows the holder to be securely drilled down to the vessels surface. With the ball-and-socket connection, the Tube rotates a full 360 degrees and tilts forward or backward for optimal positioning. Loading your rod is simplejust drop the rod butt directly into the Tube for fast stowing and retrieval. Drainage holes at the bottom help keep water from pooling inside.
