The RAM ROD Fishing Rod Holder with Bulkhead Mounting Base (RAM-114-B) mounts directly to a vessels flat, vertical surface and provides a secure, adjustable mounting solution for fishing rods. The spline post base allows for 360-degree rotation, while the RAM ROD holder tilts forward and back to achieve the ideal fishing angle. Compatible with both spinning and baitcasting rods, the holder features a 360-degree rotating collar that allows anglers to quickly lock their rod in place. The bulkhead base is compatible with all RAM ROD holders that use a spline post base.
